The long weekend is off to a good start. Rode the bikes to work yesterday for a total of 30kms and was up and attem this morning and checked off the 6km run. Here's hoping tomorrow's 13 long and slow run goes as well.
Off to Milton today to look at wetsuits. Looks like it is shaping up to be an expensive and productive day!
